The International Yoga Day

Today (21/06/2022), we observed the YGA Day in our school. The theme of this year’s yoga celebration is “Yoga for Humanity”. The inaugural speech was given by the Principal who emphasized the importance of Yoga and physical exercises in our daily life. All the teachers and students actively participated in the program.

For being a part of this day, we have included Pranayama in the morning assembly. Warm-up exercises, and sitting and standing asanas were performed by the students. The students were encouraged to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration. Yoga day was celebrated with great enthusiasm.
