World Environment Day 2024

St. Xavier’s School proudly celebrated Environment Day on 5th June, 2024, with a series of educational and engaging activities aimed at raising awareness about environmental conservation and sustainability. This year’s theme, ‘land restoration’, desertification and drought resilience    under the slogan ‘our land our future’ inspired students, staff, and the community to take active steps towards protecting our planet.

In celebration of Environment Day, St Xavier’s School hosted a drawing competition to inspire creativity and raise awareness about environmental conservation.

The celebration ended with a tree planting ceremony on the school ground. Students, teachers, and officials participated in planting native trees, symbolizing the commitment to restoring natural habitats and combating climate change.
