INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY- 2025

Breath, Stretch, Shine: Yoga Day at St. Xavier’s

                         St. Xavier’s Public School, Peechanikkad, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and Participation on 21st June. The day began with a morning assembly that set the tone for the celebration. Our respected Principal, Rev. Fr. Aneesh Kannamkunnel, Addressed the students and marked the importance of the day.

                                          The Yoga trainer, Ms. Nissa guided the students through a special yoga session in the school auditorium. The students actively took part in the session sitting and standing asanas. The session aimed to improve students concentration flexibility and overall well-being.

                                          The importance of yoga in daily life was demonstrated through simple techniques that students could follow regularly. The event was a wonderful opportunity to promote physical activity, mindfulness and a healthy lifestyle. The spirit and discipline of the students made the day truly meaningful and memorable.  The school remains committed to nurturing the mental and physical well- being of its students through such enriching activities.
